These graffiti marks are suggested to have been made by the White Arrow Heart Dude in order to help other people survive the Villa. Despite his name, only one of the graffiti marks is actually white, and his Lover's Mark stashes all have black arrows instead. The only white arrow Lover's Mark seems to be on the base game "left my heart in the Sierra Madre" graffiti from the abandoned BoS bunker.
