The Vault City residents are citizens of Vault City in 2241.
Background[]
They all come from the Vault 8 and are all anti-ghoul. They all find them disgusting, even though they are very ignorant of knowledge of non-feral ghouls.

Notes[]
- There is a script that in one of the houses they will turn around (if Chosen One turns right, they will turn right).
- The residents in metal armor only appear in Parlor Room at night.
- After the Chosen One destroyed the Enclave Oil Rig, they will comment on it.
- After becoming a Citizen, other Citizens in Vault City will have among their flavor texts the phrase "I'm feeling double plus good. And you?" This is a direct use of Orwellian Newspeak. Use of Newspeak in modern media is a trope often employed to identify a "utopian" society which is later revealed as a dystopia, having at its core flawed, selfish, or ultimately nefarious motivations.
Appearances[]
Vault City residents appears in Fallout 2.
