The hub of all Servant-related matters, the Servant Allocation Center is run by Barkus, yet another uptight Vault City official. Here, fresh servants in spe are kept, be they criminals, refugees or just unlucky sods who were at the wrong place, at the wrong time. They are stored behind forcefields and should any resist, a hefty blow from a club or tranquilizer shot will quickly put them down.
To break anyone out is difficult - violence is right out, but gold money or silver tongues can work wonders with the corrupt administrator.
