炸藥幫北部營地位於NCR懲戒所北邊的馬路邊上。
布局[]
這裡有一堆營火，兩個鋪位，可睡。東西兩邊的入口都埋了地雷，西面的地雷有個被草擋住了，要小心。東面破鐵絲網附近的地雷，都在地面上。
營火旁的枕木上有張火藥幫便條。This note cannot be picked up and put in the player's inventory.
Similar to the other three Powder Ganger camps, any thing you take from any footlockers, boxes etc. is considered stolen and gives the player negative Karma even if the Powder Gangers are hostile to the player.
There are three Powder Gangers patrolling the area.
