“Mr. Chemmie: A cheerful little drug-making appliance.”— EPA design document
Mr. Chemmie is a drug crafting appliance found in the Environmental Protection Agency. He can be gained access to by using the east elevator on Level 3 to Level 5 Violet.
Background[]
He would have been able to take various raw materials and turn them into various pharmaceuticals. The player could have also experimented with the appliance to create certain drugs with a high enough Science skill and the required ingredients.[Non-canon 1]
He was also able to make ERSIs, an extremely rare drug used in cryo pods to stop the patients from experiencing post-cryonic syndrome. Unfortunately, he can only make one.

- Mr. Chemmie always "communicates" with exclamation marks.
- He cannot make heart pills without Cassidy.
- He cannot make jet.
