Monongah power substation MZ-02 is a location in the Savage Divide region of Appalachia in 2102.
Background[]
Located southeast of the Whitespring resort, this substation once served the Monongah power plant, distributing powers throughout Appalachia.
Layout[]
The substation consists of various electrical equipment enclosed behind a fenced area. In the northeast corner lies a metal shack that may spawn a random camp plan. Just outside to the north is a small elevated fort where one can find two banjos.
To the southwest lies another fortification. Atop the stairs is an ammunition box. Against the cliff face to the south are a few aluminum veins.

If the player character builds their C.A.M.P. near the substation, they will be able to connect a power cable to the substation's power outlet. If the Powering Up Monongah event has been completed, the power output will increase.
