The greaser jacket and jeans appears as a plain Perfecto leather jacket worn over a t-shirt, faded jeans and worn sneakers. It provides an Energy Resistance of 5 with a bonus of 2 to Luck. This outfit occupies the body and both arm slots, preventing armor from being worn over those areas. Leg armor and head slots remain free to equip. It can also be upgraded with ballistic weave.

Two sets of the greaser jacket and jeans may be found in the lowest floor of Faneuil Hall, on a shelf at the east end of the shopping area.
Two can be found in the Quincy ruins, one on the bookshelf beside the bed in the same building as Sturges's terminal, and the other in Guns Guns Guns.
