惡魔之喉是個環繞著進化體多足怪的巨型大坑，There are pools of contaminated water at the bottom of the crater,裡面有a wrecked truck in the centerwith 裝有輻射物的桶和一把獨特的武器。A dead super mutant lies at the rear of the truck.
在大坑的正南方有一些遍布喪屍的岩洞，裡面喪屍的強度取決於玩家的等級

Upon returning to this location, the dead super mutant may appear alive and hostile, but with very few hit points. He will respawn after several in-game days, either alive or dead.
