The Corrections Center is Vault City's estabilishment dedicated to enforcing law and order among the denizens of the city, Outworlder and Citizen alike. Perps are kept in forcefield-locked cells with spartan furnishings, usually for felonies such as drunkenness in public, destruction of property or resisting arrest. It's also the office of Citizen Sergeant Stark.
The lockers are watched by guards, as are the desks. However, inside are quite some goodies (including a copy of Guns and Bullets in the desk next to Stark), together with a set of metal armor in the darker locker.
