The Central Council area is the third district of Vault City, where the seat of its government is located.
Characteristics[]
Unsurprisingly, the biggest and most important building is the Central Council, where First Citizen Joanne Lynette and the Council debate on the future of the city and make important decisions. The building houses several libraries as well as the main conference hall and offices of the most important members of the VC society, namely Lynette, her assistant Proconsul Gregory and Senior Councilman McClure.
It is, by far, the most well protected location in the city, with guards in metal armor stationed at nearly every turn, ready to open fire at moment's notice.
Also, some Vault Citizens live here. Here is also the Parlor Room where non-wasteland alcohol drinks are sold and the Council Building where important decisions are made.
Joanne Lynette needs the Gecko power plant problem fixed... it is up to the Chosen One to fix it or to destroy it.
