Booster Shot is a perk added to Fallout 3 in the The Pitt add-on. The perk is given upon completion of the final quest of The Pitt, Free Labor.

The perk grants the player a permanent increase of 10% to their Radiation Resistance.
Notes[]
Regardless of who you side with for Free Labor, upon completing the quest you will receive this perk.

The image used for this perk is almost identical to the image used for Fallout and Fallout 2's Rad Resistance perk.
