Bobblehead - Luck is a Fallout 3 item, a Vault Boy Bobblehead. It permanently improves your character's Luck by 1, to a maximum of 10.

Found in the basement of Arlington House at Arlington Cemetery (the cemetery can be reached via the northern end of the Flooded Metros).
Bugs[]
- If you have the Lucky 8 Ball equipped and your luck is at 10. There is a glitch that will not allow you to receive the permanent bonus from the Luck Bobblehead. To prevent this drop the Lucky 8 Ball before you pick up the bobblehead.
Point Lookout[]
In the Point Lookout quest Walking with Spirits you will encounter Schmault-Tec Bobblehead.The Luck Bobblehead reads "Dead mother, life in a post-nuclear Wasteland and not a friend in it. Yeah, you aren't exactly blessed."
