Barkus is a young Vault City citizen in 2241.
Background[]
He is in charge of Sub-Amenities Office B, and by extension, of pharmaceutical storage and distribution in Vault City. Thus, he is a good source of medicine-related items, such as stimpaks, Rad-X or first aid kits. Randal is his boss.
