A small gravel operation consisting of two silos and a two-story watch tower with only the second floor being accessible. Inside, there is one raider, a weapons workbench and minor loot. Mole rats (possibly different variations) usually spawn here. Several wrecked cars are around the area and may explode during a firefight.
The silo in the center of the area has a duffle bag hidden at the very top.
