I'd trust a wastelander to shine my power armor, and even that's pushing it.

Protector McGraw is a member of the Brotherhood Outcasts and in charge of the operation at the Outcast outpost at Bailey's Crossroads in 2277.

Background[]

Interacting with outsiders with pleasant but direct conversation (instead of the usual contempt and condescension), McGraw is the head of operations in the Bailey's Crossroads section of the D.C. Metro Ruins. He is in charge of defending and exploring a recently discovered pre-War compound belonging to Virtual Strategic Solutions. He deems the outpost worth risking his life for, as well as those of the patrol he commands.[Non-canon 1]

Protector McGraw: "Umm.... Noooo.... It's the liberation of Anchorage, Alaska from Chinese Communists. It was a pretty significant event in American history, according to our Scribe. We're talking front line, heavy combat -- safety protocols disengaged. That means you die in the sim... your body goes into massive cardiac arrest. You're still listening, so I'm going to assume you're interested. But time's wasting. Sibley can take you to the pod. Olin will get you briefed. If you want to walk away, you're free to leave. My men won't stop you."
