Mathia is a Paladin in the Brotherhood of Steel, stationed on level 4 of the Lost Hills bunker in 2161.
Background[]
She is High Elder John Maxson's personal assistant (though she also works with other Elders),[1] in charge of all the paperwork and weapon upgrade authorizations, so that Maxson is free from this burden. Privately, she believes he cannot do paperwork to save his life. She also doubles as his bodyguard.

- Scout the northern wastes: If General Maxson allows the player character to receive a weapon upgrade, Mathia will give the option between a sniper rifle, rocket launcher, laser pistol, power fist or a Ripper.
