“Are you part of the combo?”
The mercenaries are characters at the Maltese Falcon in 2161. They are also randomly encountered in the world map.
Background[]
It is not known whether the mercenaries in the Maltese Falcon are personally hired by Decker, but they are very well equipped and many are simply making the most of whatever downtime they have before returning to their duties.
Mercenaries encountered in the wasteland are always hostile, and although considerably less well equipped are very eager to kill.
