General information[]

Reading a skill book permanently raises the corresponding skill by one point (two if you've taken the Comprehension perk). Most skill books are considered to have no owner even when present with someone's belongings (so they can be safely taken without loss of Karma). Any that are considered to be owned will be noted below.
