Taking this perk causes all weapons with a base weight equal to or greater than 10 lbs. to have their weight value reduced by 50%, freeing up space in one's total Carry Weight.

  • Anti-materiel rifle: -10 pounds.
    • Anti-materiel rifle (GRA) Gun Runners' Arsenal: -6.5 points with anti-mat. rifle CF parts.
  • Minigun: -12.5 pounds.
  • K9000 cyberdog gun Old World Blues (add-on): -13.5 pounds.

  • The perk does not affect any weapons that have been modified to weigh under 10 pounds.
  • The perk actually alters the global weight of affected weapons, not just their effect on the Courier's encumbrance values; when giving affected weapons to companions while having the perk, the companion is encumbered by half the standard amount as well.
