Destiny Chao (—2249) was the madam of the Blue Destiny Brothel.

Chao and Herbert Dashwood may have had a relationship beyond the professional. She, along with the majority of her prostitutes, died during an outbreak of cholera, closing the brothel forever in the summer of 2249.[1][2]
