贾斯汀·艾尔（英文名：Dr. Justin Ayo）(用户名Ayo.J)[1]是2287年中合成人回收部门的代理部长。
背景[]
贾斯汀·艾尔是合成人回收部门的负责人，他主要负责学院的安全以及地面行动。艾尔负责协调追猎者和合成人的常规步兵部队，投射力量并打击学院的敌人。然而，他对其他部门傲慢、苛刻的态度是以他自己部门的尊重为代价的，许多人不同意他的方法，特别是那些推迟他要求的追猎者升级包的机器人。他不断的争吵和要求在学院内部引起了很大的争议，他的副手Alana Secord需要"一半的时间"来纠正这种情况。[2]
每当追猎者升级被推迟或重新安排时，艾尔就会变得愤怒，并指责其他部门故意向他吐痰，这也无济于事。在这种情况下，Alana不得不加班，以防止他带着一群追猎者走进这些部门。[3]
从技术上讲，艾尔只是在席默博士缺席的情况下填补SRB主任的职位。他应该是去监督"高调"合成人的检索。[4]事实上，席默博士失踪了，[5]但艾尔努力不让别人知道。

- 重新定义人类: 艾尔口头上反对圣父宣布任命独存者为他的继任者，但圣父的话仍然是最后的决定。
- 堵住漏洞: 艾尔正试图找出合成人是如何在他努力阻止的情况下不断逃跑的。这个任务只有在独存者没有完成铁路组织的间谍技术时才有效。否则，艾尔对他们与铁路组织的关系太过怀疑，不会提起这件事。
- 政治倾向: 艾尔想让独存者去从一个身居高位的合成人特工那里收集一份报告。
