Layout [ ] A single room shack, inside is a bunk bed and a single bed, both of which can be used even after the Blood Ties quest is completed. There is a dresser for storage and a set of broken shelves with several pots and pans on them. When the Lone Wanderer first enters, the bodies of Ian West's parents are on the floor in a pool of blood. They are removed when the Blood Ties quest is completed.
