Lydia is the bartender of the Tap House in downtown VC in 2241.
Background[]
Like most downtown establishments, she is prevented from serving real alcohol, only approved synthetics, like Alcohol-Z. Once, she tasted some real alcohol, Maddog 30/30, with a merchant in the Vault City courtyard. She recalls it being "damn bitter... but quite different".
