聯合國（英文：United Nations）是為解決國際爭端而創建的組織。在2052年之前，它包含世界上許多國家。

2052年5月，由於歐洲聯邦在中東的軍事干預引發了資源戰爭，聯合國開始崩潰^{[Non-game 1]}。在全球石油短缺日益嚴重的情況下，石油資源豐富的中東國家將原油價格提高到近乎沒收的水平。^{[Non-game 2]}^{[Non-game 3]}
