The site of the first shots fired during the American Revolutionary War, fighting for the battles of Lexington and Concord took place at the Old North Bridge. A monument to the minutemen who fought can be found near it.[1]

The bridge crosses the Misty Lake into Sanctuary Hills on the road from the Red Rocket truck stop.
