Lao Chou (老仇) is the Chinese proprietor of the Flying Dragon 8, not sharing the xenophobia of his fellow Shi in 2241.
Background[]
Jovial and knowledgeable, he sells equipment of the highest quality, as well as information. He is also extremely honorable, holding people up to their word and not giving them any slack, especially if they try to weasel out of it.
