Sugarmaple is a location in the Forest region of Appalachia in 2102. It is a sealed-off Greek revival mansion that overlooks what is left of Summersville Lake.
Layout[]
The location is a large mansion with a tennis court and overlook. The overlook contains a small fountain with two safes: one is open, the other needs to be picked.
The interior of the building is inaccessible and this location is generally void of interest, with little to see or obtain. There are two safes in the pond in the rear court, the opened one contains a caps stash.
Notable loot[]
Quantum bear: A rare teddy bear, near the northernmost coin-operated binoculars overlooking the lake.
