Lucas is a tribesman from Arroyo in 2241.
Background
Lucas is a martial arts master who is always training and looking to aid others who wish to learn his skill. He is extremely capable, perhaps moreso than anyone else in Arroyo.

Other interactions
- If the Chosen One (Intelligence 4 or more) speaks to him, he can train them in Unarmed combat if their Agility is at least 6. This will raise the Unarmed skill to 40% if it was below that, otherwise to 55%. If the skill is already at least 55%, there is no bonus. He also carries a bag of healing powder, which can be bartered for before training.

Behind the scenes
- His name was changed in a Fallout 2 patch. In v1.0, he is called Standing Fist, which may be an allusion to the character "Stands With A Fist" in Dances with Wolves.
- He is named after Łukasz Kawarski, the second place winner of the Fallout trivia contest.
