賽柯（英文名：Psycho），通俗地稱為"憤怒果汁"和"大紅色"[1]是所有輻射遊戲中的軍用級、性能增強型毒品。
背景[]
一種軍用級精神病誘導安非他明，賽柯以獨特的輸送系統提供，該系統在注射前立即混合軍用來源的奇怪化學物質。[2][3][4]它類似於甲基苯丙胺，但在法律上與之不同。[5]該藥物由一家私人公司開發，作為美國陸軍的一個研究部門運營，由康斯坦丁·蔡司將軍創立。它在安克雷奇戰役的最後階段進入戰鬥時使用，以減少部署到阿拉斯加前線的美國部隊的損耗。它的部署得到了蔡斯將軍和他的首席醫療官阿德里安·阿達米醫生，儘管當時的臨床試驗不完整。[6]

根據遊戲的不同，賽柯會產生不同的效果。在輻射和輻射2，賽柯增加傷害抵抗力，讓使用者在戰鬥中能承受更多的打擊。在輻射3和輻射:新維加斯，賽柯增加造成的傷害。在後一款遊戲中，賽柯是狂暴藥的成分。在輻射4中，賽柯的行為就像狂暴藥在輻射:新維加斯中的那樣，提高了傷害抗性以及獨存者的傷害輸出。
狂暴藥[]
狂暴藥是一種將注射劑X和賽柯的效果組合成單一消耗品的藥品。可以將狂暴藥的效果與注射劑X相結合，以獲得50%的傷害抗性總提升。它不能與賽柯疊加。
賽柯捷特[]
賽柯捷特和狂暴藥一樣，結合了兩種藥品，賽柯和捷特。賽柯捷特會增加傷害抗性，並將時間減慢十秒。
賽柯霸力[]
賽柯霸力是賽柯和霸力丸的組合，可提高耐力、力量、最大生命值和造成的傷害。
