The Billings homestead is a location in the Forest region of Appalachia in 2102. It is a public workshop with claim and defend event quests.
Layout[]
There is a simple two story farmhouse with no basement. There is random loot inside and a skill 2 locked safe on the second floor. There are two ash roses in the backyard with a blackberry bush. There are razorgrain plants in the field to the south. The workshop is outside against the south wall of the house along with a armor workbench. The suitcase beside the armor workbench is actually a storage container to access the player's own storage. The workshop can produce: Copper(1), Crystal(1), Fertilizer(1), Gold(1), Food(5), Water(3). Note that opening the upstairs safe while another player claims the workshop incurs a bounty. This has been reported to Bethesda but still occurs after Fallout 76 patch 1.1.1.2 3/26/2019.

North of this homestead and south of Silva homestead there is a single silo with a large semi-circular shed immediately adjacent to it. While it is equally close to both, it appears to actually belong to Silva - The door faces Silva and the land between the barn and Silva farmhouse is tilled. Inside the shed you will find power armor at the power armor station.
