Scrap electronics is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
Among other uses, it can be used in the repair of ED-E to start the quest ED-E My Love, if the player character lacks sufficient Repair or Science skill. It can also be used to create time bombs, weapon repair kits, gas bombs, fat mines and microfusion cell clusters at workbenches.
Locations[]
- Up to ten may be available for purchase from Gun Runners occasionally each restock period.
- Many can be stolen from around Novac, including five inside the garage at the gas station, one on a workbench inside of a shack behind the motel and houses, one on a shelf next to that same workbench, and one on the shelves right outside the gas station.
- At least five are in the Nellis hangars.
- Two can be found in the Lone Wolf Radio, south of Goodsprings.
- Two are in a stand at the Crimson Caravan Company.
- One may be found at the Goodsprings General Store.
- A couple can be found in the generator room at Nellis Air Force Base during the quest Ant Misbehavin'.
- One can be bought from the Boomer munitions manager.
- One to four in the train tunnel.
- One can be found in the shack at Southern Nevada Wind Farm.
Once fully upgraded, Muggy can give the player character five of them per day.
