瓶盖地雷是辐射3中的一种自制地雷，它的伤害是普通破片地雷的五倍。

瓶盖地雷是一种由玩家自制的武器，需要使用结构图—瓶盖地雷、一个午餐盒（容器）、10个瓶盖（破片）、一个感测器模组（起爆）和一个樱桃炸弹（爆炸物）。取得多份设计图可以允许你使用一份材料制造出更多的瓶盖地雷。与其他地雷一样，欲使用瓶盖地雷需要首先装备它，然后放在地上。与其他地雷不同的是，它更大、更显眼，爆炸威力也要大得多。相应地，装备它们并放在地上的时间也会加长一些。它的爆炸力可以杀死游戏中绝大多数的NPC，包括死亡爪。
与其他地雷一样，你可以将它通过反向扒窃的方式放到敌人身上并等着它引爆，但考虑到爆炸的范围比较大，并不建议这样做。

- 瓶盖地雷的重量只有其所有组件总和的六分之一。
- 从外观上看似乎制造它使用了一些胶带，但是实际上并不需要。
