布局[]
營地里有節翻覆的火車車廂，傾靠在一個大石頭上，構成了火藥幫眾的小窩。車廂上有一幅塗鴉「向冷漠說不，或別說...」On the east side of the train car there is a tag that reads "steve wuz heer." Another tag can be found on the same side that is doodled over, but if you look carefully you can still read the text "Jimmy is a weasel." 營地里有張床，可用，還有堆營火。順著石頭上的斜坡能上到車廂頂，能讓你小小的俯視一下這片荒原。當你順著任務線-挑戰法律-，查韋斯會帶著3個火藥幫眾出現在這裡，否則沒人。
一根枕木上又有一張火藥幫字條，內容如下：
