Party Boy and Party Girl are perks in Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76.
Overview[]
Fallout 3[]
A single rank perk, introduced with the Broken Steel add-on. It entirely removes any withdrawal effects when suffering from being addicted to alcohol.
Fallout 4[]
The perk was expanded to three ranks. It no longer affects withdrawal effects, instead it removes the chance to become addicted to alcohol entirely. Subsequent ranks double both positive and negative effects of consumed alcohol, and also grant a temporary bonus to Luck.
Fallout 76[]
Unlike in Fallout 4, the perk has only two ranks, with the first rank doubling positive effects of consumed alcohol, and the second rank tripling those effects. It no longer affects addiction chance or grants a temporary Luck bonus, these are handled by the Professional Drinker and Happy-Go-Lucky perks instead.
