歐洲聯邦（英文：European Commonwealth）是在大戰之前存在的歐洲主權國家的政治聯盟。
背景[]
2052年，歐洲嚴重依賴從石油儲量豐富的中東國家進口石油，並以軍事行動應對迅速上漲的石油價格，這損害了其經濟，引發了可怕的全球衝突，後來的歷史學家把這些衝突統稱為資源戰爭。[Non-game 1] 中東地區有限的核衝突加劇了全球恐慌。[Non-game 1]儘管人們希望聯合國能夠解決中東國家和歐洲聯邦之間的衝突，但戰爭仍在繼續，聯合國在7月前解散了。[1]
當2060年歐洲聯邦-中東戰爭結束時，隨着許多國家退出聯邦，聯邦開始解體。[2] 隨之而來的是一場漫長的內戰。
