The Cottonwood Cove HQ is a small stone building with two stories, connected by exterior stairs. The lower story's main room appears to be a communications and storage room. The upper story serves as the office and living quarters of Aurelius of Phoenix.

At night, the office of Aurelius of Phoenix will be marked as owned. During the day, or when Aurelius of Phoenix is not in the office, but outside on the balcony, it will be marked as unowned. This also applies to the lower part of the building, which is inhabited by Decanus Severus at night.
