A copy of Tumblers Today can be found on a table at the guard outpost in the tunnels.
Mini Nuke can be found in main Meresti Family base. Its on the small elevated platform (which is inaccessible) near a workbench (can be seen from the stairs where Vance stands, at the far end of the platform). Can be shot down with a sniper rifle or by grenade explosion, or similar force... It is possible, though extremely time-consuming, to climb up on top of the platform on a staircase made of small crates. There are at least 12 in the area scattered around (six of them are in Karl's store). Grab and drag all 12 over to the wall near the platform, just in front of the mini-nuke. Stack six on top of each other. Stack four more on top of each other a few feet away. Stack two more a few feet from there. You should then be able to jump onto the first stack, and from there to the second, then to the third, and then to the platform.
A copy of Lying, Congressional Style can be found under the box on top of the train carriage under the place Vance is usually standing, by dropping down onto it from above.
Vampire's Edge can be found in the locked (hard) sword cabinet in Vance's room (Vance carries the key).
Recon Armor can be found in a crate in the family's "shop" in the Family lair.
There is some ammo, a frag grenade and a stimpak behind the metal divisions in the balcony of the station. The area is accessible only by jumping onto the trash can pictured on the right. Taking it is considered stealing.
On the roof of the hut with all the ammo crates in the families shop, are two assault rifles and a combat shotgun.
Meresti is derived from Mărăști, the name of a town (more specifically, a commune) in Romania, which is fitting considering the overall vampire theme of the events that occur in the vicinity. One of the Family, Justin, makes note of this.
