The building is a small home that has been partially collapsed. There are entrances on the first and second floors. Next to the house is an open garage containing some miscellaneous items.
On the first floor is an inaccessible door hiding a small room with a bed. It can only be opened during the quest Pinned. To its right lies the stairs to the cellar.
The cellar is locked with an Expert lock and is quite large compared to the upper floors. It features a Novice locked toolbox, an Advanced locked safe and a chemistry station.
