Nuka-Cola is a consumable item in Fallout 3.
Background[]

Characteristics[]
Nuka-Cola will give the Lone Wanderer 3 Rads and 10 Hit Points (12 if one has the food sanitizer in their inventory). Consuming a bottle of Nuka-Cola provides a single cap. It does not, however, generate an empty Nuka-Cola bottle. Nuka-Cola can be found all over the wasteland, carried by merchants and likely in any location where humans are/were living. Many buildings contain Nuka-Cola vending machines, which contain between one and three Nuka-Cola bottles.
Nuka-Cola can be traded for other random supplies (such as a single 10mm round) in Little Lamplight with Zip (see Zip's Nuka Fix). With the perk Quantum Chemist 
, every 10 Nuka-Colas in one's inventory will become a Nuka-Cola Quantum. Obtaining 10 ice cold Nuka-Colas with the Quantum Chemist perk will not give a Nuka-Cola Quantum, however.
Nuka-Cola can also be turned into ice cold Nuka-Cola with the Pristine Nuka-Cola machine that can be purchased for the player character house, which restores twice the HP of normal Nuka-Cola.

Fortunately, the public saw the new bottle as an improvement and Nuka-Cola's sales increased."
