The Lynn Pier parking complex consists of three floors, with the lowest one being flooded and infested with radroaches. Several eyebots, sentry bots and possibly an assaultron patrol the area.
A Nuka-Cola machine can be found on the top level. In the lower level is what appears to be a storage room, located just under the ramp. It contains a toolbox with various junk on a rusted shelf blocking the doorway. At the opposite end of the complex is a red truck that contains an ammo box with ammunition of various types.
As part of a random encounter, Mac may be found at a bar stand on a road west of the complex.
