智囊团

智囊團是一種獨特的機器人，由一個裝有大腦的圓形容器和通過金屬桿與之相連的三個感測器組成，變成這種機器人之後，如果保養得當，可以達成永生。

背景[]

「智囊團計劃」由大山脈的科學家提出，最終目的為保存6個科學家的思想，這六個人也就是我們熟知的克萊因，莫比烏斯，達拉，0,8和鲍鲁斯。

特徵[]

智囊團的運作原理和脑控机器人類似：都是一個大腦懸浮在裝有加壓生物凝膠的半球形的玻璃容器中，但智囊團的大腦在移植的過程中必須保證記憶和情感的完整性，不像腦控機器人被程序重新編碼過。三台電視機里兩個是眼睛一個是嘴巴，還裝有一個移動平台，一個容器，來使得智囊團可以操作一些物品或機械。像眼球機器人一樣，智囊團依靠一種神秘的力量懸浮在空中。

大腦和機器底盤上的發聲模組連在一起，使得智囊團可以用聲波交流，如果發聲模組壞了，智囊團就只能用無線電波發送信息了。儘管他們並沒有被設計成戰鬥機器人，但是他們還是裝了「一堆活體解剖用具，大腦光波發生器，和相當噁心的，能讓組成你的原子「歡樂起舞」的嗚伊——嗚伊——嗚光線」用以自衛

所有的智囊團都長得一模一樣，唯一的區別是生物凝膠的顏色 and size of the monitors。莫比烏斯被嚴重毀壞，且有一部分已經生鏽，右眼也爛了。
大多數的智囊團機器人數據都一樣：125的血量，15的DT。克萊因和莫比烏斯要比其他智囊團更硬，克萊因血量500，莫比烏斯有700，leveling with the player 。
他們的武器攻擊力為38，dps為94。
打智囊團的腦袋造成1.4倍傷害，打眼睛造成1倍傷害，打嘴傷害會降低。
殺智囊團會被統計到殺Abominable的挑戰數量中。
智囊團是可以通過動作表達感情的，他們生氣的時候最明顯：嘴巴和眼睛會劇烈抖動。

In Fallout Tactics, a similar brain bot appears named humanoid brain bot. The experience was used on Simon Barnaky by the humanoid robots of the Calculator. His brain was implanted into a large robotic suit and connected to a robotic program. But compared to the Think tank, only its temperament and a part of the previous consciousness remains, the robotic programming is superior and the humanoid brain bot has trouble displaying human emotions and remembering its feelings and personal life.
