The Republic of Dave capitol building is a small building with two levels. On the first level are the president's office and the voting booth with a ballot box. Upstairs is a bedroom where Rosie can be found.

In the president's office, there is a safe that can be opened with the combination if Rosie or Bob win the election. If Dave wins, one will be able to open it with the key obtained during the quest You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head. The safe contains the unique hunting rifle Ol' Painless. Even if the player character is given the key, the safe will still be considered owned, and taking items from it will be considered stealing.
