The layout of Boone's room is similar to the layout of the other motel rooms. It has a bed, bathroom, couch, and tables.

Entering his room while he is on watch is considered trespassing.
Entering his room during the day while he is a companion will result in Boone stating that the Courier "should not be here," and providing them with a warning to leave. Attempting to stay in the room will cause Boone to leave the party, turn hostile, and attack.
There are blood spatters on the floor, along with a knife and an empty whiskey bottle.
