By itself, xander root has no function. However, if you give this item to Hakunin, along with the broc flower, he will give you a healing powder. Also if you give this item to Myron, along with a broc flower and a empty hypodermic you will receive a stimpak, also if you have a fruit and Nuka-Cola you can make a super stimpak.

Xander root appears in Fallout 2 and Van Buren. It can also be found in Fallout Tactics game files, but does not actually appear in-game.
