- Primm, inside a safe in the Vikki and Vance Casino. Must be stolen.
- Boulder City, on a shelf in one of the ruined buildings.
- Viper gunslingers and Fiends sometimes carry this weapon.
- Spiked knuckles can be looted from various low to medium level human enemies.
- Sold by Cliff Briscoe inside the Dino Bite gift shop in Novac.
Bugs
Spiked knuckles do not use a higher resolution texture when used by the player, despite one being available in the game's resources. [已验证]
