Lieutenant Williams is an Enclave officer stationed at Raven Rock in 2277.
背景[]
威廉斯中尉是惟一一個出現在烏鴉岩基地的英克雷軍官，他會在3A層的監獄通道里來回地巡視。在劇情里他有可能會被伊登總統下令去找他的上級軍官領取新的任務，不過在這之後他還是會繼續呆在這個地方。

任務[]
- 美國夢：這個角色在玩家步出牢房的時候會制止並試圖逮捕玩家，不過他真的很好對付，賄賂他、說服他、恐嚇他，或者實在不行宰了他也是方法之一，在說服他的時候有兩個對話分支可以選擇，其一是告訴他是總統要見你，其二是告訴他給他的賄賂得過一會才成。
玩家行為的影響[]
如果玩家選擇回頭再給他好處的分支，那麼再次與他對話的時候他就會因為好處沒有兌現而與你敵對。Talking him into letting the Lone Wanderer pass with the other mentioned methods does not cause this.
其他影響[]
Killing Williams does not affect Eden's order to the other Enclave forces in the base to not attack the player character, and they will turn friendly as normal once the player character journeys deeper into the base. However, attacking him may cause other Enclave forces to arrive and attack before Eden relays the order.
