Lieutenant Williams is an Enclave officer stationed at Raven Rock in 2277.
背景[]
威廉斯中尉是惟一一个出现在烏鸦岩基地的英克雷軍官，他会在3A层的监狱通道里来回地巡视。在剧情里他有可能会被伊登总统下令去找他的上级军官领取新的任务，不过在这之后他还是会继续呆在这个地方。

任務[]
- 美国梦：这个角色在玩家步出牢房的时候会制止并试图逮捕玩家，不过他真的很好对付，贿赂他、说服他、恐吓他，或者实在不行宰了他也是方法之一，在说服他的时候有两个对话分支可以选择，其一是告诉他是总统要见你，其二是告诉他给他的贿赂得过一会才成。
玩家行為的影響[]
如果玩家选择回头再给他好处的分支，那么再次与他对话的时候他就会因为好处没有兑现而与你敌对。Talking him into letting the Lone Wanderer pass with the other mentioned methods does not cause this.
其他影響[]
Killing Williams does not affect Eden's order to the other Enclave forces in the base to not attack the player character, and they will turn friendly as normal once the player character journeys deeper into the base. However, attacking him may cause other Enclave forces to arrive and attack before Eden relays the order.
