The location is a simple bank building that has partially collapsed because the USS Constitution lies on top of it. After completion of the quest Last Voyage of the U.S.S. Constitution, the ship moves and the location marker changes from USS Constitution to Weatherby Savings & Loan. The building stays the same, except for the relocation of the ship and its crew to their new map marker.
