Caravan cards are standard playing cards that are used to play both Caravan and Blackjack. Because of each game's respective rules, Caravan players use their own collection of mismatched playing cards from various decks, whereas casinos provide and use a full deck of matching playing cards for Blackjack. A Caravan deck is only obtainable from Ringo, loose cards will not equate to a new deck.
There are five sets of Caravan cards available in the base game: a standard deck and one for each of the four casinos in the New Vegas Strip. Obtaining a Caravan card automatically adds it to the Caravan deck in the player's inventory. All cards can be found either in sacks, on dead prospectors, or purchased from vendors.
With the add-onDead Money installed, a partially complete sixth Caravan card deck for the Sierra Madre Casino & Resort can be found. Unlike other cards, Sierra Madre cards cannot be purchased from merchants. 21 of them can be found in the Sierra Madre and its surroundings, whereas the rest cannot be obtained by regular means.

Medical District: Inside a 2nd floor room just west of a speaker and some distance east of the Villa clinic, under a small ruined book with a chessboard on a rectangular table next to an orange chair in the southeast corner. Attempting to move the book off of the card will sometimes cause the card to disappear entirely. Leaving the area and returning later may allow you to collect the card: some items that "fall through" have been noticed to reset after a period of time. Sleeping for 24 hours three times and then 1 hour once, in succession (73 hours total), in the middle cell of the first floor of the police station has been verified to reset the card on PC and Xbox 360 versions.

Bugs[]
Has platform::PCHas platform::Playstation 3Has platform::Xbox 360 Cards are only viewable in the default "items" category while placing them into containers, rather than the expected "misc" category.
Has platform::PCHas platform::Playstation 3Has platform::Xbox 360 The game freezes when buying a large number of cards. A possible workaround is to first put all playing cards you already have in the backpack of a companion. Then buy the cards you want of a vendor and finally retrieve all already owned cards from your follower's inventory. This also happens when you buy two of the same card in one purchase. Another workaround is just to buy one at a time.
Has platform::PCHas platform::Playstation 3Has platform::Xbox 360 Cards found in the Sierra Madre casino will not be automatically added to the player's caravan deck when picked up and will remain in inventory. Dropping the cards and picking them up again will not fix the problem; the only viable solution is to transfer the cards to a container (or companion) and then take them again. Due to this, it is possible to pass the Dead Man's Hand challenge by obtaining one card from the set and then repeatedly dropping it and picking it up again.
Has platform::PCHas platform::Playstation 3Has platform::Xbox 360 The Tops King of Clubs shows the face of the Tops King of Diamonds, and the Lucky 38 Queen of Diamonds shows the back of the Tops deck. The Ultra-Luxe is spelled "UltraLuxe" on 4 cards: Jack of Clubs, Queen of Clubs, Ace of Hearts, and 9 of Hearts. The Lucky 38 is spelled "Lucky38" on 4 cards: 8 of Diamonds, Queen of Diamonds, 6 of Hearts, and Joker 2. On 35 of the standard deck cards, the face of the Tops deck is used, but this is not visible as they are identical. However, this will affect any card-face replacement mods unless corrected.
