This small building is infested with feral ghouls. Apart from the numerous shelves and the counter in the west, there is a stairway in the northern part of the room that leads down into the caverns that make up Vault 88.

X-cell The powerful chem is very well hidden at a high point among the rubble through the first door to the right of the counter. The head of a strange stone statue wearing a sea captain's hat also resides there, the body buried in the rubble. The chem is just behind the head. It may prove difficult to acquire for console users as it is very hard to get within arms reach without the no_clip console command due to the large miscellaneous debris littering its run up. A well angled grenade, however, could easily send it towards the player character.
